MoU between DoT and HPCL Officials

Memorandum of understanding was signed between Hindustan Petroleum Corparation Limited(HPCL) and Department of Trade(DoT) officials today (07.02.2020) for supply of HP Petroleum Products. HPCL is the 3rd Company for supply of petroleum products to bhutan.
