This is to inform all the valued shareholders of STCBL that a dividend on 15% for the FY2019 was declared during the 23rd Annual General Meeting held on 14 March 2020 and record date of 23 March 2020 was set subsequently. The names of shareholders that appear on the list as of record date shall be entitled for the dividend.
