Kuenga Namgay is the Chief Executive Officer of STCBL. He began his career as an Assistant Engineer in 1991 and has served at various levels of position during his 28 Years of service in Druk Green Power Corporation Limited.

He received his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan. He earned his degree in Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh.
